Jamie Bissonnette

Co-Founder

Jamie Bissonnette is a co-founder of BCB3 and an acclaimed chef. He is a James Beard Award-winning chef and former partner in Boston's beloved restaurants, including Coppa, an Italian enoteca, Toro, a Barcelona-style tapas bar, Little Donkey, and Faccia e Faccia. Jamie is also the co-founder of Shinchu Coffee.

Bissonnette was honored with the inaugural People’s Choice: Best New Chef award by Food & Wine magazine. In May 2014, he received the prestigious James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef: Northeast. He was also recognized as the 2016 Massachusetts Executive Chef of the Year. 

Apart from his culinary achievements, Jamie is deeply passionate about music and is actively involved in supporting charitable organizations such as the Claddagh Fund and serving on Lovin’ Spoonful’s Culinary panel.

Jamie and his wife Song, live in Boston and are do parents to Ozzie and Steven.
